How to Install Your
Your Safe Room Filter to Protect Against Nuclear Weapons Dust, Biological Weapons and Chemical Weapons

How do I install my Nuclear Weapon, Biological Weapons, and Chemical Weapons Filter

Your Filter Science unit comes completely assembled.  If you are using your unit as a stand alone, in room, (non-overpressure) filtration system, you only need to plug it in and turn it on.  If you wish to create a safe room, panic room, bomb shelter, or fallout shelter to utilize in the event of a nuclear, biological weapons or chemical weapons attack, you will need to connect your unit to an outside air supply.

Whether you are using your unit in a bedroom with attached bath, a living room, a HAZ-MAT facility or temporary shelter, all the air coming into your choice of rooms will be cleaned and scrubbed of all nuclear weapons dust, biological weapons agent or chemical weapons deadly gases

This outside air supply can be an adjoining room, or air directly from outside your home or safe room.  For first responders and HAZ-MAT teams, this is usually air brought in from outside the HAZ-MAT trailer or temporary enclosure.  By bringing in outside air you are creating a higher pressure inside your room or emergency facility - an overpressure.  This higher air pressure then constantly leaks OUT of your room through every known or unknown crack and crevice – preventing any contaminated air from entering your space.  Think of a water hose.  If you have water coming out of a hose, it is impossible for any water to travel in the opposite direction.

In a permanent installation you will need to connect your filter through the wall with a rain guard or small hood on the outside of the wall.  In a temporary installation, you may choose to simply connect the unit through an available window. Every unit comes with complete, easy to follow, instructions.
